Vehicle Recycling for Cambridge Drivers

An authorised treatment facility drains the fuel and fluids, takes out the battery and recycles what can be reused. It also issues a Certificate of Destruction once the car has been scrapped.

Before we arrive, clear out your belongings and any parking permit and have the V5C logbook ready. If the car carries a private plate you want to keep, apply to the DVLA to take it off first.
